Community Relations - oversees the use of the Westbeth Community
Room (rehearsals, classes, parties, etc.)

Fundraising and Publicity - Publishes the Westbeth Newsletter
containing illustrations, poetry and news of residents.

In-House Moves - Oversees and monitors the waiting list for in-house
moves within the Westbeth community.

Legal - responsible for contracts and insurances dealing with artistic endeavors, by laws, and grant proposals.

Literary Arts - arranges book and poetry readings in the
Community Room.

Maintenance - works with residents and building personnel to identify
and resolve building maintenance issues.

Performing Arts - arranges dance and theatrical performances,
screenings in the Community Room.

Security - works building personnel and residents to identify security concerns such as exterior lighting.

Visual Arts - schedules exhibits in the Westbeth Gallery including
solo shows, the annual group shows, works of outside arts organizations,
and maintenance of the Westbeth website.
